With our ability to strip back the water we use in our lagers to the pure H20 molecule, we are able to build up the water profile then and match it to anywhere in the world. This Autumn we will transport ourselves to sunny Spain by matching the same water profile you would find from surface water sources near Barcelona, like the Llobregat River.
Influenced by the brewing techniques from the Mediterranean, expect a crisp and balanced profile, a slightly sweet maltiness, and a subtle hop character. Arriba, abajo, al centro y adentro!
