Seven Suns is a brand-new fruited pastry-style sour, straight from our R&D project arm. Beginning as an imperial, amplified lacto-sour, we then went big with a double hit of the seven favorites we’re loving right now—Aussie watermelon, raspberries, cherry, guava, strawberry, dragonfruit, and blood plums. It starts strong and fruit-forward with a robust tartness, while lashings of vanilla and milk sugar help to round and soften the finish on this simple yet decadent treat.
