This one is built for pure celebration. A plush base of over 40% oats and spelt creates an ultra-silky mouthfeel that practically levitates. Then we went fully unhinged and triple dry hopped with our hand-selected Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron from the legends at Freestyle Hop Farms.

And because birthdays deserve something rare, we tossed in the last known pellets of the elusive “LiLy” hop from Eggers Hops - a final flourish that pushes this IPA into true party-mode territory. Juicy, lush, and absolutely glowing, this drop is birthday energy in liquid form.
