BOOKKEEPER & ADMIN COORDINATOR
FULL-TIME - BOTANY, NSW
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable office all-rounder to cover a 1-year maternity leave position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping & accounts
- BAS & administrative compliance
- Payroll & onboarding new employees
You will also work closely with the rest of the team to provide administrative support across logistics, wholesale, export, and retail channels. Customer service experience is a plus!
Note: You don't need to know every system on day one - full onboarding and hands-on training for our software, logistics, and event coordination will be provided.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Xero and experience preparing and lodging BAS / IAS.
- Background in customer service and/or excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A quick learner with a proven ability to pick up and navigate different software platforms easily.
