A true Czech Pilsner, decoction-mashed the old-school way, built on imported Czech malt, hopped and fermented with yeast from our pals at Froth Yeast, and brewed with a fully replicated Czech water profile. Then we hit it with our LoDo lager brewing method, enhancing clarity, crispness, and character to a level that borders on crispy-boi enlightenment. It pours pale gold, impossibly clean, and dangerously drinkable — our most committed pursuit of perfection yet.
