We’ve dug deep for this one, teaming up with our mates at Mule Coffee Roasters out of Marrickville to load a big, black Pastry Stout with enough freshly roasted coffee to wake the bloody dead. Together we wrapped their La Bomba Single Origin Coffee goodness around layers of dark chocolate, sticky malt and thick dessert decadence until we had something rich enough to raise a few spirits of its own.

Big coffee aromatics come swinging out of the grave, followed by waves of chocolatey malt, roasted goodness and a long, luscious finish darker than whatever is currently scratching at your bedroom window.
