A Czech Pilsener brewed to the traditional method with noble hops, Boho malted barley, and a traditional Czech yeast. We’ve built our brewing water up from scratch to mimic the physical and spiritual home of the pilsener - Plzeň - from Czech Republic.

Giving it a perfectly clean base for the herbaceous noble hop spice, soft bready maltiness, and crisp refreshing finish after extended cold conditioning.
