Made with our friends afar, Kristina & Chris, from Estonia's Tuletorn Brewing Co., First Light is a celebration of the connections that this great industry creates, no matter the distance.

Inspired by the iconic Aussie pavlova, we've deconstructed the beloved dessert and rebuilt it as a vibrant pastry sour, layering bright fruit, creamy vanilla and delicate meringue character into something both familiar and new.  With their brewery creating a Euro version of the iconic dessert.

Named for the first glow on the horizon, this sour is a nod to new friendships, shared experiences and the excitement of bringing people together from opposite sides of the world to create something special.

From Estonia to Australia, here's to good company, great times and First Light.
