This Halloween we hooked up with our good mates at Lolev Brewing out of Pittsburgh USA - absolute pioneers of the modern ultra-hoppy game - to drag their iconic process halfway across the planet and recreate it right here in Botany.

Working side by side, we mirrored their grist architecture and house cellar techniques before absolutely burying the thing in hops.
Oats, spelt and chit malt build a thick, pale, completely opaque base with that ridiculous pillow-soft texture, before a massive late charge of Riwaka, Motueka, Freestyle Southern Cross and Rakau Hop Kief blows the doors off with pink grapefruit, fresh lime zest, sticky peach nectar and a filthy little lick of diesel dankness.

Huge saturation and stupidly soft.
