Our beloved Mexican Lager, first brewed in 2020 in honour of the biggest legend to ever hold up our bar, Ian. If you ever stopped by our taproom on a Thursday, rain hail or shine, Ian would be there bringing the good vibes, and he will forever be missed by all the crew here and this beer will now live on in his honour.

This absolute classic light lager is made with a clean and simple malt bill, 40% corn, a big hit of NaCl in the boil, and fermented out with a clean lager yeast. Crisp and refreshing, it tickles just that right spot of your mouth hole with a kiss of refreshing lime in the finish. Salud Gringos!
